I'm 32 and live with my boyfriend, D, a type 1 diabetic. I work for an early childhood education company in the HR department. D and I walk to work, but my job is otherwise pretty sedentary. I need to kick the sugar demon, which is why I'm doing the Whole 30. D is doing it for blood sugar leveling purposes, which seem semi successful during our pre-Whole30 Paleo trial in December (we ate Paleo for about 5 days to test it).
