Does not sound compliant, what is it. If its not alrite this is the only non whole30 approved ingredients in my 21 days this far

Dextrose is sugar... So I'm going with no.

Sodium phosphate is a salt made from phosphate acid. I don't think it is banned on W30 but dextrose is. Most of those "ose" words are sugar in some form.

Dextrose is a no, for sure. But I wouldn't call it a BIG no. Wheat, soy and dairy are BIG no's.This is a fairly small no, and won't require a restart. Just a live and learn experience.
