Absolutely fabulous article. Thanks so much for posting it. I'm an inner city dweller, have never grudged the cost of my eggs at the farmers market but this gives me whole buckets of new respect for them.

Great article! We have to be willing to put our dollar behind what we want. This is why I don't mind paying. People produce what the public demands and stores follow suit by stocking it.
