Can I have arrowroot powder?

Is it okay to use arrowroot powder as a thickening agent?

I think the value of doing a Whole30 is to begin seeing meat, fish, eggs, veggies, and fruit as the good stuff and to start thinking of everything else as stuff we have to make do with occasionally.

Depending on what you're making, you can also use tapioca to thicken. It works really well in slow cooker recipes.
